Description:

  • Allocate is transforming private market investing with a platform for RIAs and family offices to manage private market exposure.
  • The company seeks an AI / Extraction Engineer to build and improve machine-learning models and establish technical foundations for future growth.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of applied ML / LLM engineering experience in production, strong Python skills.
  • Experience transitioning models from prototype to reliable production systems.
  • Proficiency with Git and version control systems.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code, OpenAI's Codex, or Cursor.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.

Benefits:

  • Salary range: $165,000 to $185,000, with total compensation including bonuses and equity.
