Requirements:

Hard Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in applied machine learning.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and big data stack for ML product development.
- Experience with personalization/recommender/ranking systems in production.
- Familiarity with public cloud platforms is a plus.
- Experience in A/B testing design and analysis.
- Strong communication skills to convey business value to stakeholders.
