Description:

  • Reign is an AI-native Autonomous Commerce Platform for DTC founders, integrating storefronts, checkout, payments, and operations.
  • The Chief of Staff will support the CEO by managing cross-department communication, follow-ups, and special projects to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Strong business acumen and ability to operate as a force multiplier across the business.
  • Experience with AI tools and a track record of building automations or internal tools.
  • Excellent writing and research skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership.
  • Startup experience or a background in DTC or direct response ecommerce is a plus.
