Description:
- Join Booksy as an AI Native Software Engineer in the People & Culture team, focusing on innovative AI solutions.
- Define and build AI-first features, transitioning from ideation to launch, while collaborating with engineers, product managers, and designers.
Requirements:
- Commercial experience in software engineering or a technical role.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Gemini, Cursor) and understanding of agentic workflows.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Python or JavaScript).
- A portfolio or project demonstrating your work, especially with agentic frameworks or MCP.
- Fluency in English for effective communication within the company.
