Description:

  • The AI Ops Engineer, Professional Services is responsible for advancing AI capabilities within the Professional Services organization.
  • This role focuses on building AI-powered workflows and automations to enhance implementation efficiency and consultant productivity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • 2–4 years of experience in building AI, automation, or technical implementation solutions.
  • Strong Python skills and experience with LLM frameworks and AI-assisted development tools.
  • Knowledge of AI concepts such as RAG, embeddings, and prompt engineering.
  • SaaS industry experience is required.
