Lead AI-powered penetration testing initiatives, integrating traditional techniques with AI capabilities.
Design and evolve offensive security services, methodologies, and assessment frameworks.
Assess web applications, APIs, cloud environments, and AI systems for vulnerabilities.
Evaluate security of LLM-based applications and AI agents.
Transform pentesting programs to enhance capacity and reduce delivery times.
Drive Secure SDLC and DevSecOps initiatives, integrating security into workflows.
Build automation and tooling to improve efficiency across engagements.
Act as a trusted advisor for security leaders and teams.
Mentor a multidisciplinary team of security specialists.

Requirements:

7+ years of experience in Offensive Security, Application Security, or Penetration Testing.
Experience leading technical teams or complex security engagements.
Strong hands-on experience with web application and API security assessments.
Solid understanding of authentication, authorization, and business logic vulnerabilities.
Experience with Secure SDLC practices and vulnerability management.
Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI-powered security tools.
Knowledge of application security tooling (SAST, DAST, etc.) and CI/CD integration.
Strong programming or scripting skills, preferably in Python or PowerShell.
Familiarity with offensive security tools like Burp Suite or Nmap.
Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English.
