Remote AI Software Developer

Description:

• Seeking a motivated AI Software Developer to join the dynamic product and development team at Freicon Software GmbH.
• Responsible for building new product features, AI-powered tools, integrations, and internal systems to meet business needs.

Requirements:

• Strong software engineering fundamentals and ability to write clean, production-quality code.
• Hands-on experience with AI in production, having shipped real features using LLMs, agents, or AI tooling.
• Strong problem-framing skills to understand business needs before coding.
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical decisions for non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-starter who works quickly and improves codebases.
• Fluent in German and English (C1 or better).
