Requirements:

Candidates must have a strong engineering background with a focus on code quality and maintainability.

Experience in designing scalable RESTful APIs and backend services is necessary.
Familiarity with React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript is expected.
Candidates should have experience with SQL, NoSQL, and vector databases.
Comfort with Azure is required, or a strong motivation to learn quickly.
Exposure to DevOps concepts, CI/CD, and deployments is necessary.
Candidates should be able to use AI-assisted coding tools to speed up development.
Experience in calling/integrating GenAI APIs (such as Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic) is required.
Understanding of AI integration patterns in enterprise systems is necessary.
Candidates must have the ability to apply LLM-powered features in real client environments.
A strong commitment to robust, production-ready code is essential.
Experience implementing LLM evaluations, regression tests, and automated testing is required.
