Description:
- Join Ryz Labs as an AI Solutions Engineer (Staff) for a client, focusing on AI-assisted development and technical advisory.
- Own the engineering layer for AI-powered applications, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in building and shipping production-grade applications.
- Production experience in Elixir and hands-on AWS experience.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tooling and infrastructure as code.
- Deep knowledge of modern AI development tools and LLM-assisted coding workflows.
- Experience in regulated environments with data sensitivity requirements.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to operate with ambiguity.
