Description:

Join an early-stage engineering team to build an AI-focused platform for large-scale data processing and model evaluation.
Design core systems, operate the data layer end to end, and collaborate closely with the engineering lead on technical decisions.

Requirements:

Strong architectural thinking with a focus on components, ownership boundaries, and reusability.
Experience in building agentic systems and automation independently.
Hands-on experience with large-scale data pipelines processing millions of records.
Strong instinct for reliability and validation of results with control groups.
Research-minded approach to running clean experiments and defending results.
Comfort with backend, SQL, reporting, and operations.
