Remote Software Architect (PHP/Symfony)

• Seeking a Software Architect to shape the technical future of the platform and scale fintech products.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of backend development experience.
• Strong commercial experience with PHP and Symfony.
• Previous experience as Software Architect or similar roles with significant architecture ownership.
• Experience in FinTech, Payments, Banking, EMI, PSP, or Open Banking.
• Deep understanding of OOP, SOLID, GRASP, and design patterns.
• Strong experience in designing high-load and distributed systems.
• Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Event-Driven Architecture, CQRS, and Event Sourcing.
• Experience with microservice architectures, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Ability to balance business goals with technical excellence.
