Description:

  • Seeking an experienced Principal Architect for Data Centre projects across Europe, focusing on Hyperscale and Colocation.
  • Responsible for producing and coordinating design information through all RIBA Stages, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Role involves collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams and managing design activities under tight deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Fully Qualified Architect (ARB Registered) with experience in large multi-disciplinary design projects, preferably in infrastructure.
  • Degree qualification (Diploma or Masters preferred) and knowledge of UK Building Systems, Standards, and Regulations.
  • Proficient in CAD software and Microsoft Office Suite; ability to manage workload and deadlines.
