Description:

• Responsible for managing customer implementations of AI agents in healthcare, focusing on cardiology and urology practices.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in program management, implementation, process improvement, or business analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to manage concurrent projects with real deadlines and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis.
• Direct customer-facing experience and comfort with ambiguity in early deployments.
• Travel required for the role.
