Description:

  • The Application Administrator will assist customers in maximizing their use of Atlassian software, including Jira and Confluence, by configuring and customizing applications.
  • The role involves responding to customer requests, automating processes, and acting as a remote administrator for multiple clients.

Requirements:

  • Experience administering Atlassian toolset, particularly Jira and Confluence.
  • Strong consulting and user support experience, with the ability to customize software using workflows and add-ons.
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual environment.
