Requirements:
- Experience shipping LLM-powered or AI-assisted products based on real-world feedback.
- Strong software engineering skills across backend systems and user-facing products.
- Ability to think in terms of user outcomes and system behavior.
- Strong product taste and focus on interface and workflow design.
- Enjoy debugging real-world failures and improving products based on insights.
- Capability to own ambiguous problems and work across system boundaries.
