Description:

  • Join 3Cloud as a GDC Associate Cloud Engineer, part of the managed services team.
  • Provide ongoing technical support and handle escalations for Azure environments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 1-2 years of Azure experience and familiarity with ticketing systems.
  • Experience with cloud servers, ITIL processes, and Microsoft Azure services.
  • Knowledge of Windows and Linux system administration, scripting languages, and network concepts.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for problem-solving.
