Remote Associate Cloud Operations Engineer

Description:

• Join the CloudOps team to manage digital evidence platforms for law enforcement on Azure Public and Azure Government Cloud.
• Engage in operational, hands-on work with a focus on automation and AI to enhance cloud operations.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience operating Azure in production, preferably Azure Government Cloud.
• Strong skills in Azure services (compute, storage, networking, App Services, Azure SQL, Azure Monitor).
• Proficient in troubleshooting across infrastructure, OS, network, and application layers.
• Experience with Windows/Linux server administration, scripting (PowerShell, Bash), and CI/CD with Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices, Terraform, AKS, Grafana/Kibana, cloud cost optimization, and Azure security best practices.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted operations and relevant Azure certifications (AZ-104, AZ-900, AZ-500, AI-900 preferred).
