Remote Associate Principal Engineer -- Salesforce Architect (Health Cloud)

Description:

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce Health Cloud solution architecture and delivery for large healthcare implementations.
• Own overall Health Cloud technical strategy, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA/PHI).
• Act as a trusted advisor on Health Cloud capabilities and best practices.
• Drive architectural decisions covering Salesforce core, Health Cloud extensions, integrations, and data models.
• Lead all phases of the delivery lifecycle, including requirements, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Mentor multi-shore Salesforce teams and guide on Salesforce security model and compliance needs.

Requirements:

• Deep expertise in Health Cloud features and strong leadership in translating healthcare business requirements into solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce APIs.
• Strong understanding of EHR/EMR integrations and patient/member lifecycle management.
• Experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools such as Copado, Git, Azure DevOps, Jenkins.
• Strong experience working in Agile/Scaled Agile environments.
• Excellent communication, leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
