Description:

Saviynt's AI-powered identity platform manages and governs access to all of an organization's applications, data, and business processes.
The Principal Solutions Engineer collaborates with Sales Directors and Regional VPs to sell Access Governance and Cloud Security solutions to new and existing accounts.
This role requires a broad understanding of vendor solutions, industry best practices, and technology integration.
Responsibilities include conducting technical discovery, responding to RFPs, and delivering Proof of Concepts (POCs).
The individual will contribute to Product Marketing by developing white papers, solutions briefs, webinars, and blogs.
The Principal Solutions Engineer will mentor and coach Solutions Engineers on strategy, customer influence, scope management, and technical presentations.
Up to 60% travel across India is expected.

Requirements:

Candidates must have domain expertise in Privilege Access Management, Identity Governance and Administration, Application GRC, and/or Cloud Security.
A minimum of twelve (12) years of experience in Solutions Engineering with success in relevant fields is required.
A Bachelor's degree in information systems or a related area, or equivalent knowledge through technical certifications is necessary.
Superior communication, relationship, and customer service skills are essential for assessing needs and selling solutions.
Candidates should demonstrate ownership and management of technical team relationships within opportunities.
Self-sufficiency and a passion for working in a dynamic startup-like environment are important.
Exemplary technical skills in Identity Governance and Administration concepts are required.
Experience with database queries in a relational database environment and familiarity with REST API, PowerShell, and GraphAPI is necessary.
Knowledge of authentication and authorization protocols and standards is required.
Understanding of data governance concepts and compliance regulations such as GDPR & CCPA is essential.
Experience with regulatory compliance and security frameworks is necessary.
Familiarity with various Cloud/LDAP/Virtual directories is required.
A basic understanding of networking technologies is necessary.
Strong business and technical document creation skills are essential.
