Description:

  • Writesonic is seeking a Solutions Engineer who will work remotely within the US timezone.
  • The role involves serving as the technical point of contact for enterprise customers, assisting them in setting up and integrating Writesonic's AI SEO solutions.
  • Responsibilities include debugging issues across code, infrastructure, and integrations, and performing root cause analyses at both code and infrastructure levels.
  • The Solutions Engineer will build internal tools and automation to reduce support burdens and streamline workflows.
  • The position requires participation in sales calls to address technical objections and demonstrate product capabilities.
  • Collaboration with product, success, and engineering teams is essential to resolve complex challenges.
  • The engineer will translate customer needs into actionable technical feedback for product and engineering teams.
  • Development of scripts, proof-of-concept integrations, and tools to support customer implementations is expected.
  • Clear technical documentation, video walkthroughs, and best practices for clients must be delivered.
  • Training the sales team on technical features and competitive differentiators is also part of the role.

Requirements:

  • Candidates should have 2–5 years of experience as a Software Engineer, Implementation Engineer, or Solutions Engineer in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills are required, with experience handling systems at scale.
  • Proven experience in performing root cause analyses for both code-level and infrastructure-level issues is necessary.
  • Proficiency in Python or JavaScript is essential, with the ability to read and write production-quality code.
  • Experience with APIs, webhooks, SSO implementations, and enterprise integrations is required.
  • Familiarity with AWS, monitoring tools, and basic DevOps practices is expected.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working directly with enterprise customers or in client-facing technical roles is preferred.
  • Candidates should be comfortable with ambiguity, context switching, and wearing multiple hats.
  • Availability to work US hours (PST/EST overlap) is required.
