Description:
Writesonic is seeking a Solutions Engineer who will work remotely within the US timezone.
The role involves serving as the technical point of contact for enterprise customers, assisting them in setting up and integrating Writesonic's AI SEO solutions.
Responsibilities include debugging issues across code, infrastructure, and integrations, and performing root cause analyses at both code and infrastructure levels.
The Solutions Engineer will build internal tools and automation to reduce support burdens and streamline workflows.
The position requires participation in sales calls to address technical objections and demonstrate product capabilities.
Collaboration with product, success, and engineering teams is essential to resolve complex challenges.
The engineer will translate customer needs into actionable technical feedback for product and engineering teams.
Development of scripts, proof-of-concept integrations, and tools to support customer implementations is expected.
Clear technical documentation, video walkthroughs, and best practices for clients must be delivered.
Training the sales team on technical features and competitive differentiators is also part of the role.
Requirements:
Candidates should have 2–5 years of experience as a Software Engineer, Implementation Engineer, or Solutions Engineer in a SaaS environment.
Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills are required, with experience handling systems at scale.
Proven experience in performing root cause analyses for both code-level and infrastructure-level issues is necessary.
Proficiency in Python or JavaScript is essential, with the ability to read and write production-quality code.
Experience with APIs, webhooks, SSO implementations, and enterprise integrations is required.
Familiarity with AWS, monitoring tools, and basic DevOps practices is expected.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Experience working directly with enterprise customers or in client-facing technical roles is preferred.
Candidates should be comfortable with ambiguity, context switching, and wearing multiple hats.
Availability to work US hours (PST/EST overlap) is required.
