Description:

  • Join HighLevel as a Product Solution Engineer I to enhance customer experiences and bridge development and support teams.
  • Resolve complex L4 support escalations, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate with Engineering and Product teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2–3 years in Technical Support, Product Support, or Solutions Engineering.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, experience with APIs, SQL, and web technologies.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to analyze support data.
