Description:

The Automation QA Engineer will develop and maintain automation testing frameworks and tools to improve testing efficiency and quality.
This role involves designing, developing, and optimizing automation test scripts that cover functional testing, API testing, and performance testing.
The engineer will participate in the construction of the testing platform, optimize CI/CD processes, and enhance the role of automation testing in the development process.
Responsibilities include developing reasonable testing strategies in line with business requirements, writing test cases, and conducting test execution and defect management.
The engineer will analyze test data, locate and track software defects, and drive the rapid resolution of issues.
Participation in product architecture design reviews is expected, providing optimization suggestions from a testing perspective to improve system testability and stability.
The engineer must keep up with the latest industry technology trends and explore and implement new testing tools and methods.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields is required, along with at least 3 years of experience in test development.
Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Python, Java, or Go, is necessary, with good programming skills.
Familiarity with common automation testing frameworks, such as Selenium, Appium, Robot Framework, TestNG, and pytest, is required, with the capability for secondary development according to needs.
Experience with API testing tools like Postman, RestAssured, or JMeter is essential, along with certain database testing capabilities in MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
The candidate should have experience in performance testing, stress testing, and stability testing, and be familiar with tools such as JMeter, Locust, and Gatling.
Familiarity with DevOps processes and an understanding of CI/CD automation testing integration using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Kubernetes is required.
Good analytical and problem-locating abilities are necessary, with the ability to respond quickly and drive problem resolution.
Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of teamwork, along with a strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation, are essential.
