Description:

Join TTEC Digital as an MSP Sr. Developer in the AWS Partner Practice, focusing on ongoing managed services.
Lead a team of 3–4 developers, ensuring operational stability and continuous improvement of AWS-based solutions for clients.

Requirements:

7+ years of development experience with Node.js/TypeScript and AWS services.
Expert knowledge of AWS services (e.g., Lambda, DynamoDB, S3) and cloud architecture.
Experience in managed services or operational support environments, understanding SLAs and incident management.
Knowledge of agile and ITSM methodologies, with the ability to mentor junior developers.
Strong communication skills and a mindset of understanding client needs before proposing solutions.

Competitive salary range of $115,000 - $135,000 per year.
