Description:

Responsible for delivering operational support for customer environments within iT1’s Managed Services Division.
Administers, monitors, maintains, and optimizes Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and hybrid infrastructure services.
Serves as an escalation resource for complex incidents and drives operational improvements.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure in production environments.
Demonstrated experience with Azure infrastructure, networking, compute, storage, and identity services.
Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and security capabilities.
Experience with monitoring tools like Azure Monitor and service management systems.
Strong client-facing communication skills and ability to document processes accurately.
Experience with scripting or automation using PowerShell or similar tools.
