Join Spade as a Backend Engineer to own APIs and data systems central to our enrichment platform.
Work across the backend stack, impacting products that process billions of transactions.

Requirements:

4+ years of experience with backend Python systems in fast-paced environments.
Proven experience in developing REST APIs and writing performant SQL.
Familiarity with AWS infrastructure and building systems from scratch.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Must be based in the US/Canada, with NYC-based candidates expected to work in the Flatiron office at least 2 days/week.
Nice to have: Proficiency in Django, familiarity with data science tools, and experience in fintech.
