5+ years of backend engineering experience.
Proficient in Ruby on Rails, Python, or Go (ideally both).
Experience in designing and building REST APIs at scale.
Knowledge of relational databases, background jobs, and distributed systems fundamentals.
Strong focus on API design and developer experience.
