Requirements:

• The candidate must have 6+ years of backend engineering experience with production-grade systems.
• Strong expertise in Python and Django is required.
• Experience building applications that leverage GenAI APIs, such as OpenRouter and OpenAI, is necessary.
• The candidate should use Cursor/Claude by default and have built strong workflows to balance quality with productivity.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work across time zones are essential.
• Experience working independently in a remote-first environment is required.
