Remote Business Intelligence/ Data Analyst

Description:

• Work across all aspects of data from engineering to building sophisticated visualizations, machine learning models, and experiments.
• Analyze and interpret large (PB-scale) volumes of transactional, operational, and customer data using various data tools and platforms.
• Translate complex findings into simple visualizations and recommendations for operational teams and executives.
• Operate in a fast-paced industry where time to market is critical.

Requirements:

• Degree in a quantitative discipline (Mathematics/Statistics, Actuarial Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, or Life Sciences).
• Experience in an Analytics or Data Science role.
• Self-driven team player with the ability to learn and apply new tools and techniques quickly.
• Natural curiosity to identify and explain trends in data, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
• Prior internal/client-facing consulting/business transformation experience preferred.
• Passion for Emerging Technologies related to Blockchain, Machine Learning, and AI.
• Competency in two or more of the following: analytical software (e.g., R, SAS), data visualization tools (e.g., Qlikview, Tableau, PowerBI), database management tools (e.g., SQL, NoSQL, Neo4J), programming (e.g., VBA, C++, Java, Python).
