Remote Business Intelligence Data Analyst

Description:

• Key contributor and subject matter expert on the Analytics team, enabling data-driven decisions for financial, operational, and clinical initiatives.
• Responsible for designing and developing reports, presentations, and models to guide strategic decision-making for stakeholders.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver analytics solutions and supports ad-hoc analyses for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2+ years of experience querying SQL databases.
• 1+ years of experience with Python or R for data analysis and ETL frameworks.
• 1+ years of experience with healthcare concepts and/or data.
• Expert level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to create compelling PowerPoint presentations.
• Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations.

Benefits:

• Salary range: $78,000.00 to $97,000.00, exclusive of bonuses or benefits.
• Eligible for an annual bonus targeted at 15%.
