Description:

  • Join ZipRecruiter's Business Intelligence team as a BI Engineer II, focusing on data systems, models, and AI-powered tools.
  • Collaborate with RevOps, Decision Science, Product, and Engineering teams using technologies like Spark, Databricks, and Kubernetes.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or similar role.
  • Advanced SQL skills and proficiency in data modeling, schema design, and query optimization.
  • Strong understanding of data warehouse architecture and modern modeling methodologies.
  • Experience with software engineering practices: Git, CI/CD, code review, automated testing.
  • Proficiency with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Redshift, Snowflake, Databricks).
  • Strong communication skills for collaboration with business and engineering teams.
