Description:

Provide technical expertise and guidance to Thrive’s Account Management Team to drive new revenue opportunities.
Act as a Technical and Trusted Advisor to identify clients' business and technical needs and propose appropriate solutions.
Create technical documentation, client presentations, and responses for RFP/RFI’s.
Participate in seminars, tradeshows, and training events.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and attain relevant certifications.
Interface with internal teams to improve products and services.
Provide ongoing training to the Account Management team.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience in a Solutions Architect or comparable client-facing technical role at a Managed Service Provider.
Technical knowledge of Microsoft/Office 365, Microsoft Azure, Cyber Security, virtualization, networking, and data backup technologies.
Technical and/or Security Certifications (CCNA, CISM, CISSP, MCSE, VTSP, etc.) are a plus.
Experience presenting complex technical topics to diverse audiences.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and client relationship skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
