Remote Cloud Operational Engineer Level 3

Description:

• Seeking a Cloud Operational Engineer (L3) as the senior technical authority in Cloud Operations.
• Hands-on role with authority to resolve issues end-to-end in Entra ID, Azure, Intune, and clients' SaaS estate.
• Focus on complex incidents, identity and access operations, platform troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Responsible for creating runbooks and standards for the team.

Requirements:

• 6 to 10+ years in cloud, identity, or workplace engineering, with experience at L3 or as a subject matter expert.
• Proven experience as a final escalation point in a production environment.
• Expert-level Microsoft 365 administration and deep Entra ID expertise.
• Strong Azure operational capability and expert Microsoft Intune management.
• Hands-on ServiceNow experience and familiarity with ITIL-aligned service management.
• Prior experience in a managed service provider or multi-tenant environment.
