Description:

Manage network platforms, firewalls, VPNs, and implement policy-based routing and load balancing.
Provide Azure Cloud support with a minimum of 3 years experience, including incident management and client communication.
Develop and maintain documentation for standard operating procedures and customer-specific runbooks.
Ensure compliance with various security frameworks and manage Windows & Linux servers.
Participate in on-call support and implement automation using scripting languages.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience in Azure Cloud support administration.
Proficiency in automation using PowerShell and Bicep, and CI/CD practices.
Strong understanding of network platforms, firewalls, and backup & recovery processes.
Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred experience with Hypervisors (Hyper-V, VMware) and ITIL best practices.
Must obtain Microsoft Azure Admin (AZ-104) certification within 90 days of employment.
