Description:

  • Join AlphaSense as a proactive Cloud Support Engineer, owning technical problems end-to-end in SaaS and private cloud environments.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers and technical contacts to resolve complex customer issues and enhance user experience.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years in technical support, IT operations, or cloud operations.
  • Proficiency with CLI tools (e.g., kubectl, awscli) and scripting in Python or JavaScript.
  • Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Experience managing customer support cases through their lifecycle.
