Description:
- Lead and grow OpenRouter's developer community, primarily through Discord and other social platforms.
- Engage with community members, listen to their feedback, and create a welcoming environment for AI builders.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in community management or related roles.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and their APIs, including building projects and discussing technical details.
- Proven ability to run and moderate Discord communities at scale, including events and programs.
- Strong written communication skills and a personable demeanor.
- Self-directed, entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on scalable community programs.
