Description:

  • Contract position for an AWS Connect Developer focused on migrating from Virtutel to AWS Connect.
  • Role involves designing, developing, and implementing solutions in AWS Connect and related services.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with AWS Connect, including contact flow configuration and IVR design.
  • Proficiency in AWS services such as Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, SQS, and EventBridge.
  • Experience with integrating AWS Connect with external systems and APIs.
  • Proficient in Node.js and TypeScript for AWS Lambda development.
  • Experience with infrastructure-as-code using Terraform.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, agile team environment.
