Description:

Contract position for an AWS Connect Developer focused on migrating from Virtutel to AWS Connect.
Role involves designing, developing, and implementing solutions in AWS Connect and related services.

Requirements:

Hands-on experience with AWS Connect, including contact flow configuration and IVR design.
Proficiency in AWS services such as Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, SQS, and EventBridge.
Experience with integrating AWS Connect with external systems and APIs.
Proficient in Node.js and TypeScript for AWS Lambda development.
Experience with infrastructure-as-code using Terraform.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work in a collaborative, agile team environment.
