Description:
- Senior to Staff-level cloud infrastructure engineer role at Restate, focusing on AI agents, workflows, and backend services.
- Responsibilities include building and operating Restate Cloud, evolving BYOC products, ensuring reliability and observability, and participating in on-call rotation.
Requirements:
- Strong background in cloud infrastructure and major cloud provider architectures.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code, cloud orchestration, and Kubernetes-based stateful workloads.
- Proficiency in a systems programming language (Rust, Go, C++), with a willingness to learn Rust.
- Ability to take ownership from design to production operations in a startup environment.
