Description:

  • Maintain and engineer Firefox’s Layout area (CSS, page layout, APZ, text, images).
  • Work independently at a tech-lead level to ensure the Layout code remains healthy.

Requirements:

  • Strong C++ skills (JavaScript and/or Rust is a plus).
  • Solid knowledge of CSS and page layout.
  • Strong debugging and optimization skills in a multithreaded codebase.
  • Ability to work independently and lead technically in a large, mature codebase.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range: $185,045 - $217,700 CAD for Tier 1 locations; $131,400 - $154,600 CAD for Tier 2 locations.
