Description:

Deliver high-quality work on time, leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity without compromising quality.
Own feature delivery from scoping and design to implementation and release with minimal oversight.
Craft well-tested software that meets high-quality standards using AI-assisted development practices.
Build and validate AI-integrated features with sound engineering judgment and appropriate evaluation practices.
Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, and Product Design to refine ambiguous work into clear deliverables.
Maintain reliable systems by applying best practices for observability, quality, and incident response.
Support production releases, ensuring systems are deployment-ready and stable post-release.

Requirements:

Must be located in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, or Costa Rica.
Contract position with a monthly rate (USD) for an estimated duration of 12 months, with potential for extension.
Not eligible for company-sponsored benefits.
Successful completion of a background check is required.
