Remote Core & Platform Engineer

Description:

• Join Wifinity as a Core & Platform Engineer, focusing on high-speed broadband and WiFi solutions for various sectors.
• Engage in pre-sales, solution implementation, and complex incident resolution, reporting to the Core & Platform Manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in a NOC or ISP/Telecoms environment with incident resolution experience.
• Deep understanding of LAN/WAN/WiFi, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), and security platforms (e.g., Fortigate).
• Familiarity with monitoring platforms and diagnostic tools (e.g., Wireshark).
• Experience in pre-sales engagements and solution design.
• Desirable: CCNP, CWNA, ITIL Foundation, or vendor-specific certifications.
