Description:

  • Join Fanatics Markets as a Staff Platform Engineer to set technical direction and design platform abstractions.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers and product leadership to ensure platform stability, security, and compliance while enabling rapid innovation.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years in platform engineering or DevOps with experience in scalable, high-availability cloud-native environments (AWS/Kubernetes).
  • Proficient in AI code collaborators (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) and capable of optimizing development workflows.
  • Strong programming skills in Java and Python (Golang preferred) and experience with IaC frameworks (Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation).
  • Experience in building CI/CD pipelines and implementing observability and incident management frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
