Remote Data Analyst

Description:

• Serve as the dedicated analyst for B2B commercial direction within the Business Analytics team.
• Identify growth opportunities in data, test hypotheses, and measure the impact of business initiatives.
• Initial projects include pricing override processes, credit limit experiments, and evaluating local legal entities' impact.
• Utilize various analytical methods beyond A/B testing, such as difference-in-differences and causal impact.
• Work independently with project managers to set and execute your approach.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in business, data, or product analytics.
• Strong SQL skills for writing efficient queries.
• Proficient in Python and its data libraries (Pandas, NumPy, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with difference-in-differences and causal inference methods.
• Solid knowledge of statistics and experience with A/B testing.
• Ability to analyze business processes and solve complex problems independently.
• Fluent in Russian and English (B2 level).
