Description:

Lead the development of the analytical foundation for growth, product, and coaching operations at tapouts.
Hands-on role combining business and product analytics with analytics engineering, focusing on customer acquisition, churn, and coaching quality.

Requirements:

Strong experience in product analytics, business analytics, or analytics engineering.
Advanced SQL skills and experience with imperfect data from multiple systems.
Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into measurable analyses.
Familiarity with customer funnels, cohort analysis, retention, churn, segmentation, CAC, and lifetime value.
Experience building analytical data models in a modern data warehouse.
Comfort operating independently in an early-stage environment with limited data infrastructure.
