Remote Data Engineer (Fully Remote)

Description:

• Join PadSplit as a Data Engineer to enhance the analytics platform.
• Build and maintain ingestion and transformation pipelines using Dagster (or Airflow), dbt, and Snowflake.
• Work with Python, Airbyte, and AWS to ensure data flow integrity and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of relational databases and data warehouse patterns.
• Hands-on experience with Dagster (or Airflow) for orchestration.
• Proficiency in dbt for building and maintaining data models.
• Experience in Python for data processing at scale.
• Familiarity with AWS services like S3, IAM, and ECS/Fargate.
• Knowledge of EL tools like Airbyte.
• Ability to write clear, reviewable pull requests and conduct thorough code reviews.
• Proven track record of maintaining reliable data pipelines.
