Remote Data Engineer - HR support project (m/f/n)

Description:

• Seeking a Data Engineer (HR Support) to solve complex data problems and improve data quality.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and stakeholders to build scalable solutions and support system integrations.

Requirements:

• Strong experience with Databricks and Apache Spark in production.
• Advanced SQL and Python skills for large-scale data processing.
• Experience with messy or inconsistent data and driving quality improvements.
• Ability to translate business requirements into data solutions.
• Experience in data migration, integration, or transformation projects.
• Skills in data validation, monitoring, governance, and quality control.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in creating documentation (data mappings, business rules).
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Understanding of GDPR and data privacy principles.
• Fluent in Polish and English (C1+).
• Proficiency in AI tools and critical evaluation of AI outputs.
