Description:

  • Operate as a subject-matter expert for data infrastructure, focusing on architecture, scaling, and reliability of high-velocity systems.
  • Work with SQL Server environments handling multi-terabyte data volumes and high transaction throughput.
  • Drive technical direction for real-time data pipelines and system performance, mentoring engineers across the organization.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server in a production environment.
  • Deep expertise in schema and data model design, performance tuning, and troubleshooting complex database issues.
  • Strong command of data security practices and modern development methodologies.
  • Ability to communicate technical direction and influence cross-functional partners.
