Remote Data Science and Analysis Team Lead

Description:

• Lead a team of data scientists and analysts in the Healthcare division of NEC Software Solutions.
• Manage workloads, coordinate report production, and support analytical needs for clinical steering committees.
• Focus on data from clinical registries related to patient outcomes from medical interventions.
• Role allows for hybrid or fully remote work with occasional travel to the head office or other locations.

Requirements:

• Postgraduate degree in computer science, statistics, biology, or related field.
• Expert R programming skills and proficiency in SQL (Azure).
• Experience leading a data science or analytics team and managing large datasets.
• Strong statistical expertise, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure.
• Desirable: Experience with health data, machine learning, and tools like Snowflake/DBT.
