Description:

  • Lead Data Scientist role overseeing data science for Mexico and Brazil.
  • Hands-on leadership, building models and shaping technical direction while managing a small team.
  • Establish foundations in one market and support a mature practice in the other.

Requirements:

  • Experience leading data scientists and establishing credibility with experienced teams.
  • Strong applied machine learning skills and understanding of credit and underwriting.
  • Comfortable in high-growth environments with a focus on delivery and measurable business outcomes.
  • Fluent in English; Portuguese is an advantage, Spanish is welcome.
