Join OpenAI’s Agentic Data Science team to define effective cybersecurity in the age of AI agents.
Collaborate with Security, Cyber Product, Engineering, and Research teams to measure risks and improve security controls.

Requirements:

5+ years in data science, applied research, or analytics with experience in cybersecurity or related fields.
Proficiency in SQL and Python, with a strong ability to analyze complex datasets and build analytical workflows.
Experience in defining metrics and evaluation frameworks under uncertain conditions.
Strong judgment in experimentation and causal inference.
Ability to partner with various teams and translate analysis into product improvements.
Comfort in operating independently and defining a roadmap in an ambiguous environment.
