Remote Data Scientist (Early Hire, Full Model Ownership, B2C SaaS | Remote EU/UA)

Description:

• Join a remote-first B2C SaaS company as a Data Scientist, focusing on building the data function from the ground up.
• Own end-to-end modeling processes, from problem framing to production and impact measurement.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in building and deploying machine learning models in production.
• Proficient in Python and SQL, with knowledge of modern ML stacks (scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Strong understanding of statistics and experiment design, including causal inference and uplift modeling.
• Experience with predictive use cases such as churn, LTV, and recommendations.
• Ability to communicate complex analyses to non-technical stakeholders.
• Curiosity and autonomy in a fast-paced environment.
